Drive the review process to ensure the award of packages within the required time frame and budget. Ensure strong contract, commercial and financial risk management through accurate forecasting of costs and revenue, taking corrective action in line with business processes and ensuring a successful commercial outcome for the project. Lead identification and quantification of Head Contract scope changes and all client negotiations. Ensure market coverage through utilising networks of subcontractors and consultants to ensure that the price received will meet the scope and requirements and support a strong financial outcome. Assess commercial and contractual risks involved in delivery of the project and identify and implement controls, escalating actual or potential risks. Provide strategic advice on complex contractual issues to senior leaders and project teams. Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community, and other external parties are developed and maintained. And more Skills And Experiences Several years experience in contract management for tier 1 or 2 construction businesses, ideally within building construction (not civil/infrastructure), as well as; An ability to manage workload with changing priorities and meet established timeframes. Qualifications in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying or a related discipline. Ability to use relevant software such as Buildsoft or CostX Why Buildcorp?
