This is an opportunity to join a well-established Brisbane residential builder and take ownership of the estimating function while leading a small team. Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role in driving estimating accuracy, managing costs, and supporting the successful delivery of projects. About the Role Working with Databuild and Onsite Companion, your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring the estimating team Preparing and reviewing BOQs, material take-offs and project estimates Reviewing preliminary plans, working drawings and specifications Preparing budgets and customer proposal estimates Monitoring project costs and ensuring alignment with budgets Negotiating and maintaining supplier and subcontractor pricing Managing supplier and subcontractor records and compliance requirements Maintaining and improving estimating systems, databases and cost information Working closely with construction, operations and management teams to support project delivery About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 5 years' estimating experience within the residential construction industry Strong Databuild experience Solid understanding of BOQs, take-offs, estimating and budgeting processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines Previous leadership experience, or the ambition to step into a leadership role What's on Offer Salary of $140K Super Leadership opportunity with autonomy and responsibility Established and financially stable Brisbane builder Supportive team environment Opportunity to influence systems, processes and continuous improvement Eagle Farm location Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
