About the Opportunity Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while managing the end-to-end order process. Working closely with customers, sales teams, logistics, and warehouse operations, you will ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and order management. You will become a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, returns, backorders, pricing discrepancies, and order updates while supporting the broader customer engagement team. Duties Manage high-volume customer calls and emails Process customer orders through SAP CRM Process EDI orders accurately and efficiently Maintain customer records within CRM Manage returns, credits, and account enquiries Provide order status and backorder updates Liaise with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams Support quotations and tender administration Process NDIS, DVA, and rental orders Complete reporting and general administration tasks Skills and Experience Customer service experience SAP or Salesforce CRM exposure Order processing experience Strong communication skills Culture A supportive, customer-focused, and collaborative team environment that values accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
