We are one of the original Cardiovascular Magnetic resonance (CMR) units that was set up in Australia and are a high volume CMR centre with >1200 scans a year. The Fellow will have a unique opportunity to train in all aspects of cardiac MRI including performance of scanning, analysis and reporting with an experienced team of CMR specialists. There is a wide range of cardiac pathology including complex structural heart disease and adult congenital heart disease. The program will give adequate caseload exposure to qualify for level 3 SCMR. There will also be research opportunities. Additionally, the Fellowship will allow exposure to other advanced cardiac imaging modalities including echocardiography, TOE and CTCA. This can be tailored to the interests of the successful applicant.
