Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans. Implement proactive, person-centred Positive Behaviour Support strategies to improve participant outcomes. Support the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements. Deliver training, coaching, and capacity-building to support workers, families, and stakeholders. Monitor, review, and adapt Behaviour Support Plans to ensure ongoing effectiveness and participant progress. Requirements: Registered as a Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Relevant qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Allied Health, Human Services, or a related field. Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support, Functional Behaviour Assessment, and NDIS practice standards. Commitment to ongoing professional development and best-practice behaviour support.
