The business is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their high-calibre team and provide HR Generalist support to a mixed blue and white-collar workforce. About the Role: Reporting to an experienced and highly collaborative HR Director, you will provide day-to-day operational HR advice to the business leaders and build positive, supportive relationships with front-line managers. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing employee relations cases, coaching on performance management, and working on HR projects that contribute to the overall HR strategy. You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for: Provide comprehensive, professional HR advice across the entire employee lifecycle Undertake & manage workplace investigations (ER) Develop, review, and maintain people policies, procedures, and practices to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Australia Collaborate with the broader HR team to implement initiatives, policy frameworks and processes across the business About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring: Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships Experience working within a mixed blue/white-collar workforce is essential ER case management experience Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field is essential Comfortable working in an autonomous environment and on-site.
