The Opportunity As a Care Service Employee, you will work as a skilled and qualified team member who provides safe, respectful and quality care and services. We support over 300 residents across 4 facilities on our semi-rural estate. Your interactions with consumers will be kind, caring, compassionate and considerate to their needs, preferences, identity, culture and diversity. We enable our care staff to work in a person-centred approach as part of a dynamic team of passionate carers. Our standard shifts are: Morning (6:00am - 2:30pm); Afternoon (2:15pm - 9:45pm); and Night (9:30pm - 6:30am). About you Essential Criteria: Available Thursdays & Fridays availability in October, December & January.
