We are seeking an experienced and influential Change Delivery Lead to join a high-performing Enterprise Change and Engagement team, playing a critical role in delivering large-scale organisational transformation. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead change across a complex portfolio of strategic programs, ensuring initiatives are successfully adopted, embedded and deliver lasting business outcomes. The Opportunity: As the Change Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for translating enterprise change strategies into practical, actionable delivery plans across multiple transformation initiatives. Leading a team of Change Managers and Change Analysts, you will establish consistent change practices, drive organisational readiness, and ensure change is effectively integrated into program delivery from inception through to business-as-usual. You will work closely with senior executives, program leaders and business stakeholders to build change capability, manage organisational impacts and create the conditions for successful transformation. Key Responsibilities: Lead change delivery and resource planning across a portfolio of strategic transformation programs Develop and execute enterprise-wide change plans aligned to organisational objectives Embed change management practices into program governance, delivery frameworks and ways of working Drive stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, adoption and transition activities Coach and support senior leaders, sponsors and delivery teams to strengthen change capability Manage change risks, dependencies and workforce impacts across multiple initiatives Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of change professionals Continuously improve and mature organisational change practices, frameworks and methodologies About You: You are a seasoned change leader with a track record of delivering successful transformation outcomes in complex environments. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and are passionate about helping organisations navigate change successfully. You will bring: Demonstrated experience leading change teams across large-scale transformation programs or enterprise portfolios Strong expertise in organisational change management, transformation delivery and operating model change Proven experience building, leading and developing high-performing change teams Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with executive leaders Experience partnering with People & Culture / HR teams on workforce and organisational change initiatives Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies, with a practical approach to delivery Exposure to Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking, LEAN or similar methodologies (highly regarded) What's on offer?
