They're looking for a passionate, motivated salesperson ready to make the leap into hospitality tech. A background in SaaS is a bonus, but it's not the ticket in. What matters is outbound hustle, genuine curiosity about the F&B world, and the kind of resilience that turns a "not interested" into a pipeline. The role - Business Development Representative This is a pure outbound pipeline generation role for a genuine hunter. You'll be identifying and engaging food and beverage wholesalers - think coffee, dairy, bakery and more - and converting them into warm, qualified opportunities for Senior BDMs across the country. Using AI-enriched prospect data, you'll run high-volume outbound across cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn and SMS. MEDDIC and Challenger frameworks are built into the coaching rhythm. CRM packed with warm leads you'll own and track. The role reports directly into the Head of Sales, and works closely with the national Sales, Marketing and RevOps teams - so you're spending your time selling, learning and growing - not building spreadsheets.
