A Global FMCG company are looking for an Inventory Planning Manager to join their team. With a DC network across ANZ and a high-performing supply chain team, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can make your mark. About the Role Reporting into the Head of Supply, this role leads ANZ inventory planning across a network of 9 DCs. You'll be responsible for ensuring stock availability across the network, driving consistent planning processes, and developing a capable and engaged team. With high SKU fluctuation driven by ongoing promotional activity and short shelf life product. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of 6 inventory planners, driving accountability, consistency, and a high-performance culture Oversee ANZ inventory planning across 9 DCs, ensuring DCs are never out of stock Place purchase orders, monitor inbound supply, and manage stock coverage across the network Work closely with inventory controllers at each site to maintain alignment Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement process fixes to prevent recurrence Manage SKU fluctuation driven by promotional activity, ensuring the team is ahead of each promo cycle Build strong cross-functional relationships, particularly with the supply planning and promotions planning teams Champion continuous improvement, identify low-hanging fruit and set a clear vision for where the team is headed About You You're an experienced inventory planning professional with strong leadership experience and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, multi-DC environment. You lead with confidence & hold your team accountable. You will have: Solid inventory planning experience across a multi-DC, high-SKU environment Proven people leadership experience Experience with short shelf life, perishable, or promotional-heavy product Strong stakeholder management skills Based in Wetherill Park with hybrid working.
