This is an opportunity to step into a team where you'll focus on strategic partnering rather than day-to-day transactional HR, supporting senior leaders to drive workforce planning, talent initiatives and organisational change. Working closely with leaders across a large operational workforce, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation's people strategy. What you'll be doing Partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies and actionable workforce plans Providing strategic advice and coaching across workforce planning, leadership capability and team effectiveness Driving talent management and succession planning initiatives across the business Supporting organisational design, restructures and change initiatives Leading culture and engagement activities, including turning employee feedback into meaningful actions Using workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities Facilitating discussions around capability, talent and future workforce needs Collaborating with the wider People team to deliver a seamless employee experience while remaining focused on strategic priorities About you You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys operating strategically while remaining hands-on. You will also possess demonstrated experience in succession planning, talent management and organisational design. Experience within regulated environments such as healthcare, aged care, disability or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded.
