Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-level IT support to staff and students across the College. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and device-related issues. Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, interactive displays, and other technology resources. Support Microsoft 365, email systems, user accounts, and access permissions. Assist with the management of classroom technology and digital learning platforms. Monitor and maintain IT equipment, asset registers, and support documentation. Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. Assist with system upgrades, technology projects, and infrastructure improvements. Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required. Deliver professional and responsive customer service to all members of the College community. About You The successful candidate will demonstrate: Previous experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Support role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security. Essential Requirements Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, hardware support, and user account management. Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain). Current National Police Check (or ability to obtain). Desirable Skills & Experience Previous experience working within a school or educational environment. Experience supporting learning management systems and education technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and device management solutions. Experience supporting audio-visual equipment and classroom technologies.
