About the Role As Head Veterinary Nurse, you’ll be a key leader in the clinic, working closely with our veterinarians and nursing team to ensure outstanding patient care and smooth daily operations. You will: Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team Coordinate daily workflows and patient care priorities Assist with surgical and medical nursing procedures Maintain exceptional clinical, safety, and hygiene standards Support clear, compassionate client communication and education Help shape a positive, respectful, and team-driven culture About You You’re not just clinically capable—you’re a natural leader who lifts those around you.
