About the opportunity The Marketing Manager position will lead the development and execution of marketing and commercial strategies across multiple animal health channels throughout Australia and New Zealand. The role will drive portfolio growth, new product launches, campaign execution and brand positioning while collaborating cross functionally to deliver strong commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies to commercialize the animal health product range Pricing and Planning: Create and implement pricing strategies and marketing plans Budget Management: Oversee and optimize marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI Collaborative Engagement: Coordinate with global teams and in-house marketing to meet strategic goals Customer Relations: Foster relationships with animal health customers to boost brand loyalty and market presence NPD Leadership: Lead product launches and develop marketing tools to drive competitive differentiation Internal Coordination: Partner with sales teams to enhance market positioning and support sales efforts Proven Skills and Experience: Strategic end to end marketing expertise from concept through execution within regulated portfolios Strong commercial acumen and revenue growth focus KPI focused campaign management and content creation capability Experience developing New Product Introduction and pricing strategies Demonstrated capability in B2B relationship management Product launch experience, highly advantageous Digital marketing proficiency, highly valued Team leadership and coaching capability Companion and/or Large Animal market exposure advantageous Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Science or Agriculture, highly regarded Why this opportunity is right for you You enjoy balancing strategic leadership with hands on execution You thrive leading commercially focused marketing initiatives You value ownership across portfolio, pricing and launch strategy You enjoy collaborating cross functionally to drive growth outcomes You are motivated by building high performing marketing teams Product / Senior Product Managers seeking to step up are encouraged to apply.
