We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation undergoing a major transformation program focused on core banking, transaction systems, and large-scale data migration initiatives. We are seeking Senior Business Analysts to join a high-performing delivery team working across banking products, transaction systems, and enterprise platform uplift within a complex banking environment. Key Responsibilities Support and lead business analysis activities across data migration and transformation streams Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams Analyse operational and transactional data supporting critical banking functionality Conduct process mapping and data flow analysis Support system uplift, scaling, and legacy system decommissioning initiatives Partner with business units including Fraud & Scams, Treasury, Operations, and Credit Risk Support continuity and orchestration of card payments and transaction flows throughout migration activities Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and successful delivery outcomes Proven experience working on data migration and transformation programs Experience customer migrations such as divestments/ mergers or similar Knowledge of core banking systems and consumer/business banking products Experience with card transaction systems, flows, and debit card functionality preferred Strong process and data flow mapping capability Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams Experience with Big 4 Banks Experience across system uplift, scaling, and decommissioning programs Opportunity to join a major enterprise banking transformation program Work across high-profile migration and payments initiatives Collaborative and fast-paced delivery environment Long-term day rate contract opportunities available; $950 super p.d Sydney-based hybrid working arrangement (3 days office) Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights
