Commercial Plumber | Adelaide Metro | Vehicle RDOs A permanent full-time role for a qualified commercial plumber who wants more ownership on site without moving into a fully office-based supervisor role. This role suits either an experienced plumber or a junior commercial plumber ready to step up. You will work across commercial construction projects in the Adelaide metro area, including education, residential, recreation and similar building projects. The work is hands-on, with responsibility for coordinating apprentices, materials and day-to-day site progress. What is on offer $42 to $52.00 per hour super Overtime paid at award rates Monthly RDOs Company vehicle after probation Permanent full-time position Adelaide metro project work No regular on-call maintenance roster Support for further trade qualifications and development The role You will be involved in underfloor, wall plumbing, rough-in, fit-off and completion stages across commercial construction sites. You will also help guide apprentices and less experienced plumbers, coordinate materials and work with site teams to keep projects moving. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys being on the tools but also wants responsibility, trust and a pathway into stronger site leadership. You will need Plumbing trade qualification Commercial plumbing experience Ability to read plans and work across construction stages Confidence leading apprentices or junior tradespeople Good communication with site supervisors and other trades Australian work rights (not needing to be sponsored) This may suit you if you are already a Leading Hand, or you are the person on site who others rely on but your current employer has not formally recognised that yet.
