Due to continued business growth and increasing demand across the solar and electrical sectors, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales, marketing and business development activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue, market share and brand awareness. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the solar, electrical, wholesale, trade and construction sectors. Develop and expand sales channels throughout Australia, including trade customers, distributors, contractors and commercial clients. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, distributors and industry stakeholders. Analyse industry trends, product demand, pricing movements and competitor activities within the solar and electrical products market. Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, product launches and customer engagement initiatives. Monitor sales performance and marketing effectiveness, and prepare regular reports for management. Develop sales forecasts, budgets and strategic growth plans to support business objectives. Identify opportunities to introduce new products and improve market penetration based on customer feedback and market demand. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer service outcomes. Lead, mentor and support sales and marketing staff to achieve performance targets and business goals. Represent the business at trade exhibitions, industry events and customer meetings. Skills and Experience Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Business, Management, Commerce, Engineering or a related discipline. At least five years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies. Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
