Objective of the ICT Business Partner Role: The primary objective of the ICT Business Partner is to ensure the reliability and security of IT resources, thereby supporting the productivity and efficiency of all employees and the broader organization. Please note that this is a part-time role, working three days per week. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the ICT Manager, the ICT Business Partner will contribute to the following activities: Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, both on-site and remotely. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other ICT equipment. System Maintenance: Assist with the installation, configuration, upgrade, and update of IT systems and software. Documentation: Maintain records of ICT incidents, solutions, and procedures. Exposure to the rollout of ICT projects, hardware, and software. Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (a plus). Certifications such as CompTIA ITF or Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals (optional but advantageous). Awareness of quality management systems and regulated environments.
