The Opportunity Our client is Australia's largest independent media organization, telling the stories that matter in rural and regional communities for over 180 years. This isn’t your typical corporate sales gig. As an Agri Client Partner - Account Manager you will be the face of ACM Agri in Northern NSW, representing products such as The Land within your territory. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing clients while hitting the road to unearth new business opportunities across print, digital, and event sponsorship. Key Responsibilities: Build & Nurture Relationships: Connect with local business owners, machinery dealerships, and corporate agribusinesses. Consultative Selling: Understand your clients' unique goals and craft tailored advertising campaigns across our weekly print edition, website, and social media channels. Territory Management: Manage your own pipeline, from cold calling and pitching to ad booking and post-campaign reporting. On-the-Road Presence: Travel within your region to attend field days, and community events to network and flying the flag for ACM Agri. What We Are Looking For The Gift of the Gab: You are a natural relationship builder who listens more than you talk. Sales Grit: Resilience, a strong work ethic, and the drive to hit monthly revenue targets. Ag Affinity: An understanding of (or a genuine passion for) regional Australia and the agricultural sector is highly desirable. If you know your way around a field day, you’ll fit right in. Tech Savvy: Comfortable pitching digital advertising solutions alongside traditional print. On the Move: A valid driver’s license is non-negotiable.
