We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Window Fabricator to join our team in a full-time, ongoing capacity. About the Role As a Window Fabricator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality aluminium window and door systems. Your responsibilities will include: Assembly and Fabrication: Working with aluminium profiles to assemble commercial and residential window and door products Reading and Interpreting Plans: Accurately understanding technical drawings, measurements, and specifications Glazing and Sealing: Installing glass, fitting seals, and ensuring a high standard of finish Quality Control: Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets Australian standards and company expectations Use of Tools: Operating a range of hand and power tools, including drills, riveters, and grinders Team Collaboration: Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines and targets What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in aluminium window and door fabrication Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork A current manual driver’s licence and reliable transport Why Join Us?
