We are partnered with an a high performing client who are expanding their market share after securing new work and are seeking experienced Comcare Technical Specialist to join their team either in Victoria or New South Wales. We are seeking experienced Technical Claims Specialists to support a major claims transition project across VIC and NSW. This role will play a key part in the successful onboarding and transfer of claims from a previous provider, while ensuring quality assurance standards, technical excellence and best practice claims management are consistently upheld. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to future tender processes, influence operational strategy and position yourself as a future leader within the business. Key Responsibilities Support the transition and onboarding of claims portfolios from a previous provider Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to junior Case Managers Conduct claim reviews and audits to ensure compliance and QA standards are maintained Review and implement claims strategies to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes Assist with complex claims escalations and technical referrals Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence initiatives Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external partners Contribute to future tender submissions and business growth initiatives Experience & Skills Required Sound understanding and hands-on experience within SRC / Comcare legislation Previous technical claims experience within Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Experience onboarding new clients or transition projects preferred but not essential Demonstrated coaching, mentoring or leadership capability Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication skills Exceptional customer service and relationship management ability High level conflict resolution and problem-solving capability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment Why you will love this role: Up to $125,000 plus Superannuation Join a high performing team Hybrid and remote work Be supported by leaders that are highly respected and experienced in the market.
