The service is a large early learning environment catering for 95 children per day , offering a dynamic, well-resourced setting for both educators and leaders. The Role As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the service, ensuring continued excellence across quality, compliance, operations, and team culture. The service currently operates with a strong and stable team, low staff turnover, and occupancy of approximately 80%, providing an excellent platform for a leader looking to further strengthen performance while supporting future growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of educators, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement. Operational Leadership Ensure the service maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and operational standards while supporting sustainable service performance and occupancy growth. Educational Leadership Work alongside the educational team to maintain the strong programming and quality practices already established within the service, ensuring consistency and excellence in educational outcomes. Culture and Engagement Continue to nurture the positive and supportive culture that has contributed to the service's stability and low turnover, promoting staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention. Family and Community Partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community, ensuring the service continues to be recognised as a trusted and high-quality early learning environment. You will report directly to a supportive Area Manager and be backed by an experienced leadership team committed to your success.
