We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly Worker to join our Clients team. In this role, you will be hands-on in assembling high-quality irrigation systems, including sprinklers, valves, and related components. The client is looking for someone with natural leadership abilities , to help guide and support a small, dedicated assembly team to ensure daily targets and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities Assemble irrigation products and sprinkler systems according to specifications. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct basic quality checks on finished products. Provide direction, support, and a positive influence to a small team of assemblers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment. Prior experience or a strong natural capability to lead, motivate, and organize a small team. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
