To be considered, you will ideally have: • Current ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act • Previous property management experience • Experience using PropertyMe or similar systems • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills • Strong attention to detail and time management • A positive, solutions-focused attitude • Ability to work autonomously and within a team • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a progressive real estate agency based in Canberra. This Monday to Friday role will see you manage a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties, growing to around 150. You will be supported by strong leadership, dedicated accounts support and offshore administration to help reduce workload and streamline your day-to-day tasks. This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager who enjoys structure, systems and continuous improvement, with the chance to assist in training junior staff and contribute to process improvements across the department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Managing a residential portfolio of quality properties • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Conducting entry, routine and exit inspections using digital systems • Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears • Coordinating maintenance with contractors and suppliers • Preparing tribunal documentation when required • Ensuring compliance with ACT legislation • Maintaining accurate records across all systems • Contributing to process improvements and team performance • Delivering a high standard of client service The Company This is a forward-thinking agency with a strong focus on innovation, systems and team support.
