About the Role This is a newly created role, established to map the alignment between core IT applications, including S/4HANA Finance and Procurement, and the business processes they support. Reporting to a Product Manager within the Group Enablement function, you will work independently while engaging closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Procurement, and will play a central role in shaping how the business understands and reengineers its process and systems landscape. This is not a traditional functional SAP role. You will not need to be a configuration specialist, instead, you will need the ability to stand back from a complex, multi-system environment and clearly map how processes and applications interact, where hand-offs occur, and where friction or risk exists. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain ERP-level business process maps against the organisation's core application landscape (20 systems, including S/4HANA Finance and Procurement). Work independently to drive analysis outcomes, while coordinating across multiple team members and stakeholders. Engage, present to, and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment between business processes and IT capability. Identify and articulate process breakpoints and hand-off risks across systems Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process maps. Support the broader business process reengineering and outsourcing programme through clear, well-structured documentation and analysis. What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience in ERP-level business process mapping within large, complex organisations. Experience with major logistics or supply chain operations highly regarded; retail sector experience is an advantage but not essential. Working knowledge of major SAP/ERP components and the key business objects that drive core finance and procurement processes — deep functional S/4HANA expertise is not required. Proven ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and take initiative in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior leaders. Comfort working across a large, multi-system landscape and translating complexity into clear, actionable process documentation. Candidates must be Sydney-based with full Australian working rights to be considered for this role.
