Why move from your current role? You’ve been in the game long enough to know your way around a land development project, a council flood strategy. You’re good at what you do - but right now your work isn’t giving you that spark. Here, you’ll run major water resources projects for some of Victoria’s most active developers and consultants. You'll work to evolve and update industry tools, you'll partner with local government to create safe communities and play a part in supporting the integrated water management team. You’ll own the technical direction, steer the conversations with clients, and see your work directly shape communities (and not just tick boxes in a spreadsheet). And you’ll do it in a consultancy with Victorian roots, where you’ll be given genuine autonomy.
