Contract until 26th August 2026 Daily Pay rate of $483.68 plus super Working 7 hours/day and 35 hours/week Hybrid (WFH 3 days in Parramatta office) Purpose of the role The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and Executive Officer / Senior Advisor to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Division and support the achievement of operational objectives. Key accountabilities Provide high-level administrative services and coordination to support the Executive Director. Support operational projects and provide administration support functions at a senior level including, but not limited to, coordinating and distributing papers and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Establish, maintain, monitor and improve the effectiveness of administrative processes and document and information control systems. Contribute to developing, implementing and evaluating innovative internal communications and engagement strategies. Coordinate events that support the Division’s engagement objectives. Manage diary appointments and daily schedules on behalf of the Executive Director to ensure optimal and effective use of the Executive Director’s time, including organising meetings and conferences, preparing timely agendas and meeting documentation to make available for the Executive Director, and tracking progress of actions to enable completion of projects and initiatives within priority timetables and business commitments. Identify, prioritise and determine urgency of critical or sensitive issues for the Executive Director’s attention to enable the timely discussion and resolution of business-critical issues. Essential requirements: Experience providing executive support to senior executives or to other business management/administration role. Good understanding of digital communication methods.
