Contract until 07/10/2026 Possible extension Hourly Pay rate of $41 - $45 hourly plus super Office location - Dubbo NSW Purpose of the role: The role resides within a support hub of administrative staff that provides administrative and executive support. The role works within the DMO or be allocated to an Executive Director or multiple Executives or within a team environment with opportunities for rotation depending on business requirements. The Administration Support Officer provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient and effective office operations. The role undertakes routine administrative processes, including liaising with and responding to enquiries, scheduling and diary management, to support operational effectiveness. The role participates in a range of projects and will work closely with Executives and stakeholders, contributing towards the effective operations of the business unit. Key Accountabilities: Scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events; manage calendars and coordinate logistics, including room bookings, equipment setup, and preparation of materials. Administer procurement activities, including raising purchase order requests for goods and services and reconciling and processing invoices for payment to meet operational needs and comply with regulatory and legislative requirements. Enter and update data in various systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and other documentation. Create and maintain files and documents in compliance with records management procedures to ensure best practice in enabling information to be efficiently tracked, stored, and retrieved. Undertake general administrative duties, including responding to enquiries, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (i.e email, digital platforms) and supporting day to day office processes.
