Manufacturing and Production Erskine Park, Sydney, Australia General Hand with Forklift License Day shift: 6am- 2pm Rate: $32 Location: Erskine Park About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused General Hand / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves forklift operation, stock movement, loading and unloading trucks, order picking, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced logistics environment. Similar warehouse roles in Erskine Park require a combination of forklift operation, manual handling, RF scanning, and general warehouse support. Key Responsibilities Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks and containers. Move stock to and from warehouse racking locations. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch. Perform RF scanning and inventory transactions. Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report any faults. Assist with pallet wrapping, labelling, and stock replenishment. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures. Perform general warehouse and labouring duties as required. Skills & Experience Current LF Forklift Licence. Previous high reach and/or counterbalance forklift experience. Experience loading and unloading trucks. RF scanning and warehouse management system experience preferred. Ability to perform manual handling tasks and lift products safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks when required.
