Responsibilities Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently. Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and productivity standards are achieved. Performing assembly, finishing, packing and product handling duties. Conducting quality checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Identifying and reporting equipment faults or production issues. Maintaining accurate production records where required. Following all workplace health and safety procedures, GMP standards and company policies. Contributing to housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Your Profile Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or process work is highly regarded. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes. Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Physical capability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks. Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including 12-hour day and night shifts where required. A strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
