About the Role: As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day clinical operations of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compliant care. Working closely with the leadership team, you will provide hands-on clinical support, mentor staff, and contribute to maintaining strong clinical governance and best-practice care delivery. This role is suited to a resilient and confident clinical leader who enjoys supporting and developing others, building strong relationships with staff and residents, and leading by example on the floor. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and support across the service. Mentor, coach, and support nursing and care staff to promote best-practice clinical outcomes. Oversee care planning, clinical documentation, and assessments to ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained. Support accreditation readiness, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor clinical incidents, risk management processes, and resident outcomes. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent care delivery. Lead by example, fostering a positive and supportive team culture. What We’re Looking For: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA (essential). Previous experience within aged care in a Clinical Care Coordinator, Clinical Lead, Senior Registered Nurse, or similar position. Strong clinical knowledge with an understanding of aged care compliance and accreditation standards. A resilient, confident, and committed leader who can positively influence and mentor teams. Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills. A hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously and lead with confidence.
