The Role: Right now, we’re on the hunt for a motivated Architectural Masters Program Student OR RECENT Architectural/ Building Design Graduate to join their team. Your ability to learn tasks quickly, apply initiative, determination and attention to detail will be the key to your success. This is a genuine Entry Level role whereby mentoring, training and support will be provided…and long term career opportunities are available. The role offers variety and opportunity to manage projects from start to finish, covering all aspects including opportunities to develop design skills and liaise with clients as well as providing quality documentation. The duties of the job include: · Attending client premises to carry out accurate measure-ups with colleagues · Prepare drawings, plans and schedules as per client briefing using REVIT · Prepare and lodge documents for Development Approvals and Building Approvals · Create 3D Lumion Images for Concept Designs · Prepare and review tender packages for builders · Timely liaison with clients and consultants · Excellent personal and project time management · Regular social media posting of project progression and final completions (Facebook & Instagram) Your Expertise and Attributes: · Proficiency in REVIT · Current Architectural Masters Program Student OR RECENT Architectural/ Building Design Graduate · Relevant work experience such as an internship in an architectural practice · Demonstrated documentation skills · Working knowledge of current National Construction Code and Australian Standards · Proven ability to adhere to QA, Record Management and other general office systems and processes · Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously and as a member of a team · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Enthusiastic, driven and team focused · Demonstrated experience working within retail or hospitality with proven customer service focus and capability (Barista skills will be a popular Bonus for Brownie Points) · A positive, flexible can-do attitude · Dedicated and reliable · As you will be attending client premises, you will need access to a vehicle and have a current Drivers Licence What’s on Offer: · An exceptional opportunity to join a highly reputable and successful business with strong culture and value · Part-Time role working 2-3days (Normal office hours are Monday – Thursday). · St Lucia based - Work close to home. · A salary commensurate with experience and qualifications will be negotiated.
