This is not a direct job application. This is your first step into the industry. Designed specifically for candidates new to oil and gas, it equips you with the minimum qualifications most tier-one operators require before they'll put you on site. We don't just hand you a certificate, we get you site-ready, safety-ready, and set up for long-term work in one of Australia's most in-demand industries. Graduates of the Rig Ready Program may be invited by Harness Energy Pty Ltd to apply for available Leasehand positions across QLD, WA, NT & SA. Such roles typically include even-time rosters (2/2 or 3/3, FIFO/DIDO) with tier-one operators. Important - Please Read Before Applying Training is provided at no cost and provides you with tickets commonly required to enter the industry. The program is not an offer of employment, your attendance is voluntary (unpaid) and all associated costs with attending e.g., meals, travel, or accommodation are the attendees responsibility.
