Job Description Leading end-to-end business analysis across multiple initiatives Defining integration requirements across core and satellite applications Developing business cases, including cost-benefit and risk analysis Running workshops and stakeholder engagements at senior levels Translating business needs into clear solution direction and requirements Partnering with delivery teams, architects, and product stakeholders Coaching and mentoring junior Business Analysts Driving process improvement and optimisation initiatives Supporting UAT and acceptance criteria definition Contributing to BA standards, governance, and continuous improvement The Successful Applicant A successful Business Analyst should have: 15 years' experience as a Business Analyst Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives Strong background working with COTS platforms (ERP, PLM, MRP, etc.) Experience defining system integration requirements Demonstrated experience building business cases and financial models Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executives Experience mentoring or leading other BAs Strong knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate of AUD 1025 to AUD 132.
