The opportunity This role sits at the front line of growth. You will be responsible for: Prospecting and winning new broker relationships Growing and deepening existing broker networks Positioning lending solutions clearly and commercially Working closely with brokers on live opportunities Driving applications, approvals, documentation and settlements Acting as the bridge between brokers and internal stakeholders Creating repeat business through strong follow-through and execution The role will initially be a mix of phone and Teams engagement, quickly evolving into face-to-face broker meetings, coffees, lunches and regular in-market relationship building.
