This is a senior, high-impact role combining hands-on engineering, architecture, and strategic leadership. You’ll lead complex initiatives, mentor senior engineers, and influence technology decisions across the organisation. What You’ll Be Doing Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple systems and teams Design and deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures Provide mentorship to senior engineers and uplift engineering standards Identify and resolve critical technical challenges proactively Drive technology strategy and evaluate new tools and platforms Partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions Contribute to hiring and help build a high-performing engineering culture What You’ll Bring 8 years in software engineering with 3 years in technical leadership Expertise in distributed systems, scalable architecture, and design patterns Strong coding background in C#, Java, or C++ Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Angular Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Postgres, Redis) Experience with tools like Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Twilio Segment Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence Why Join?
