They’re looking for an experienced Program Architect to provide end-to-end architecture leadership across this critical program. This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of delivery and working closely with the Program Manager and System Integrator to ensure scalable, secure, and best-practice solutions. The Role As Program Architect, you’ll own the solution architecture and governance across the D365 F&O ecosystem. You’ll act as the key technical authority, ensuring all designs align with enterprise standards, business outcomes, and Microsoft best practices. You’ll be responsible for: Leading end-to-end solution architecture across the D365 F&O program Providing architecture governance and design assurance across all SI deliverables Validating solution designs, integrations, data migration, and security models Defining and governing non-functional requirements (performance, security, availability, DR) Establishing architecture forums, standards, and decision frameworks Identifying risks, design gaps, and unnecessary customisation early Advising senior stakeholders on technical decisions, trade-offs, and dependencies Key Experience Required: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or similar ERP platforms) Proven background in Program / Solution Architecture within large, complex environments Experience working alongside System Integrators, providing design governance and assurance Deep understanding of: ERP integrations (APIs, events, data platforms) Finance & Supply Chain domains Architecture governance, standards, and decision-making frameworks Ability to challenge designs, assess risk, and influence senior stakeholders Nice to Have Experience in large-scale or regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, finance, logistics) Exposure to global ERP programs Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Data Lake, etc.) Architecture certifications (e.g. TOGAF)or relevant Microsoft certifications Why This Role?
