Due to business growth, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor/Team Leader to lead its customer service and coordination functions. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on delivering high service standards, efficient scheduling, and a positive customer experience. We are seeking a candidate who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and acting as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, sales, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and support a team of customer service and administration staff, ensuring inbound and outbound enquiries are accurately logged and prioritised Assist your team in the coordination of service technicians to maximise utilisation and meet SLAs Ensure accurate job creation, quoting, warranty processing, invoicing, and job closure & monitor any backlogs Act as an escalation point for high‑priority or complex customer matters and drive customer satisfaction through clear communication Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives across service operations About you Demonstrated experience leading customer service teams Strong customer service and solution focused approach with excellent time management capabilities Solid understanding of service operations, scheduling, and job management processes A detail‑oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset Clear communication skills and the confidence to lead, escalate, and influence What’s on offer?
