Job Description Oversee the delivery of payroll services to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and legislation Review and validate payroll outputs, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolutions Translate specific Enterprise Agreement requirements, policies, and employment conditions, and ensure they are correctly applied Provide payroll advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders Support onboarding, variation, and termination processes by ensuring correct information is communicated Manage payroll-related queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders Coordinate end of year processes, audits, reconciliations, and reporting in collaboration with Finance and the outsourced provider Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement of payroll governance and controls Ad-hoc duties as required The Successful Applicant Proven experience in payroll processing within a professional environment, ideally multi-site and high-volume Strong knowledge of Australian payroll Enterprise Agreements, legislation, awards, and compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Competitive salary package, that will be reviewed mid-year On-site parking Work in a supportive and collaborative environment Opportunity for ongoing learning and professional development Please note this role does not currently offer work from home flexibility.
