The Role Reporting to a dynamic leader, who has a strong track record of investing in and developing others to be the best versions of themselvesyour role will be hands-on and influential. More specifically you will: Be a key contributor to the development and implementation of the merchandise function and plans Analyse sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to identify commercial risks and opportunities Manage allocations, and stock flow to ensure optimal levels and timely delivery Build accurate forecast models using historical data, software tools, and input from key stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandise, Marketing, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to align plans Partner closely with Category Managers to drive profitable financial outcomes Provide insights and reporting to senior leaders, presenting data that drives smarter decisions Prepare post-season analysis and translate findings into forward strategy What You’ll Bring Proven experience in merchandise planning within a retail environment Strong commercial acumen —you understand what drives sales and profit Proactivity and adaptability —you’re comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in change A track record of improving and implementing planning tools, processes, and systems.
