A rapidly growing national HVAC contractor is seeking a high-performing Service Manager to lead multi-site operations across a large and diverse commercial property portfolio. The Role You will take ownership of a large-scale HVAC service portfolio, overseeing operations across multiple major sites while leading a team of HVAC technicians, team leaders, and subcontractors. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive service delivery performance, optimise workforce efficiency, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across a high-volume, KPI-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Operations & Service Delivery Lead end-to-end service delivery across a large, multi-site HVAC portfolio Oversee planning, scheduling, and dispatch to maximise HVAC technician productivity Ensure works are delivered in line with contractual timeframes and service level agreements Manage high-volume workflows across complex commercial environments Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC technicians, team leaders, and subcontractors Build a strong, accountable, and safety-focused team culture Support teams working across diverse and technically complex facilities Commercial & Financial Performance Manage operational budgets, costs, and resource allocation Oversee quoting pipelines and identify revenue growth opportunities Drive efficiency, utilisation, and overall branch performance Client & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with facilities management partners and stakeholders Act as a key point of contact for service delivery and performance Ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across a national client base About You Trade or technical background in HVAC, Refrigeration, OR Electrical Proven experience managing multi-site service operations within a commercial environment Strong leadership experience with field-based technical teams Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and performance metrics Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills Advanced planning, scheduling, and coordination capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems Salary & Benefits $135K – $140K Super Healthy Company Car Allowance Join a business experiencing rapid national growth and expansion Genuine career progression into senior leadership roles Why Join?
