Job Description This is a senior leadership role responsible for Service Support across the Oceania cluster, sitting on the Cluster Management Team and reporting directly to the Cluster Manager.You will lead the Service Support capability across Technical Service Support, Farm Management Support and Service Management, ensuring service delivery meets global standards while supporting local market growth and profitability. The role is focused on turning global service strategy into practical, executable plans that improve customer satisfaction, employee capability and service performance across the organizationThis position has a strong people leadership component, along with accountability for service KPIs, maturity development and alignment with global frameworks. You will work closely with Business Teams, Proposition Managers and international stakeholders while maintaining strong local customer insight. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the Service Support team to deliver against targets, budget and service outcomes Translating global service strategy into local tactical and operational plans Supporting organisational design, workforce planning and capability development within Service Ensuring compliance with global standards, distribution agreements and the Global Manual Overseeing implementation of service processes, tools and ways of working Monitoring service performance through KPIs and steering continuous improvement Partnering with stakeholders to improve service profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction Supporting change initiatives, new tools and evolving service models across the cluster The Successful Applicant Proven experience in service management and distribution centers Strong people leadership capability with experience leading multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution across complex, multi-market environments Confident stakeholder manager, able to work across local and international teams Comfortable leading change and implementing new processes and systems You're comfortable in travelling across the region What's on Offer Employment type: Full-time, permanent Salary: Compensation up to 140k base super, based on experience Location: Melbourne-based with regular travel (international and regional) Opportunity to operate at a strategic and operational level within a global organisation High-impact role shaping service capability, performance and growth across the cluster.
