Our client is a well-established fire protection contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire system solutions across existing commercial buildings, high-rise towers and fit out environments. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Lead Wet Fire Designer to join their team. This is a key position within the business where you will take ownership of the design function across multiple projects, leading the coordination and delivery of both wet and dry fire systems from concept through to construction and commissioning support. The majority of projects are within live existing buildings, requiring a strong understanding of staged works, refurbishment challenges and complex service coordination. As a Lead Wet Fire Designer, you will be responsible for: Leading the design and coordination of wet fire systems Designing predominantly sprinkler systems as well as hydrant and hose reels Hydraulic calculations and system layouts Working closely with Project Managers, site teams and clients Managing design deliverables across multiple projects Ensuring compliance with NCC, AS2118, AS2419 and AS1670 standards We would love to talk to candidates with previous experience in roles such as Wet Fire Designer, Senior Wet Fire Designer, Fire Services Designer. Someone with experience with Dry fire too would be a bonus. If you hold FSD level 3, FPAS accreditation we would be interesting in seeing your application.
