Your role We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused WorkshopSupervisor to lead our busy workshop and keep operations running at their best. In this role, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day workflow, support and mentor a team of talented technicians, and ensure every job leaves the workshop meeting our high safety and quality standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our plant, equipment, and facilities, creating a clean, organised, and efficient environment for the team to thrive in. You’ll be the central link between the workshop, customers, and management — keeping communication clear, jobs on track, and performance targets in sight.
