Asbestos/Sheetmetal Supervisor Aestec Services are seeking experienced Asbestos/Sheetmetal Supervisor to join our growing team in Gladstone. This position is not suitable for FIFO or DIDO arrangements, as it requires a consistent on-site presence. We are seeking people who: Have demonstrated experience supervising in either asbestos or sheetmetal, construction or maintenance. Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams Live locally to Gladstone or are willing to relocate Can effectively coordinate labour, equipment, and materials to achieve project outcomes Have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with your team to deliver safe, efficient, and productive project outcomes Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed to required standards Manage materials, equipment, and labour costs while maintaining project budgets Develop clear scopes of work and support successful project delivery Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and relevant legislation Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships Foster and promote a culture of Zero Harm It would be great if you also have: Relevant Trade Certificate (highly desirable) or demonstrated industry experience Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory role within construction, maintenance, asbestos, sheetmetal, or related industries Strong understanding of project delivery and workforce coordination Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement TO APPLY All applicants must apply online via Seek or through our careers page at www.aestec.com.au/careers .
