Together we do what matters. Location This role is open to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne based candidates. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis and Requirements: Elicit, define and manage functional and non-functional requirements with strong traceability Translate business needs into user stories, process models, and system level specifications Create clear, structured documentation and artefacts that enable delivery teams Facilitate workshops, refinements and co-design sessions with stakeholders, delivery teams and end users Act as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams Process and Solution Design: Analyse and redesign end to end business processes with a focus on process gaps, efficiency and experience Ensure solutions balance user desirability, business viability and technical feasibility Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and AI augmentation Prototype and validate solutions to ensure alignment with user and business needs Support solution configuration, testing and implementation Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation: Lead collaborative sessions that drive shared understanding and decision making Guide stakeholders through change, adoption and implementation Support UAT and ensure solutions meet both user expectations and business outcomes Agile Delivery: Work within Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and iterative delivery Ensure user stories are well defined, testable and outcome focused Occasionally step into Product Owner responsibilities where needed AI-Enabled Business Analyst Leverage AI tools (e.g. M365 Copilot) to enhance analysis, documentation and insight generation Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve quality and efficiency of outputs Identify and shape AI-driven use cases within business processes Design AI-enabled workflows and requirements approaches Ensure solutions adhere to Responsible AI principles (ethical, transparent, safe) Equal Employment Opportunity Statement All employment decisions shall be made without regard to age, race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status or any other basis as protected by federal, state, or local law.
