Program Director - Single View of Customer A large, well-known Australian organisation is looking for a highly specialised Program Director to lead a complex and sensitive customer data consolidation program , creating a unified view of the customer across the business. This is a niche role operating at the intersection of technology, data governance, regulatory compliance and commercial delivery. It's not just a technology program , it's a regulatory, ethical and commercial challenge requiring someone who understands all of those dimensions simultaneously. What You'll Be Doing End-to-end ownership of the program across technology, data, compliance and change workstreams Navigating a complex regulatory environment - Privacy Act, enterprise consent frameworks and industry-specific data restrictions Overseeing integration of customer data across CRM, digital channels, contact centre and marketing platforms Managing a broad senior stakeholder group across technology, marketing, legal, compliance, risk and finance Vendor management across martech, data and integration partners What We're Looking For Proven delivery of Single View of Customer or equivalent enterprise data programs Deep understanding of enterprise consent and data governance frameworks Experience in health insurance, financial services or similarly regulated environments is highly regarded Familiarity with relevant platforms - Salesforce, Genesys, CDPs, MuleSoft or equivalent Senior stakeholder and vendor management across complex, multi-party ecosystems Commercially astute & understands what the program needs to deliver for the business, not just technically The Details Engagement: Day Rate Contract Location: Melbourne (hybrid) Start: ASAP
