Job description About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a high-performing payments and financial services team . This is a non-sales, office-based role supporting the day-to-day operations of a business expense and payment solutions function. Reporting to a supportive leader, you will join a close-knit team and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end administrative support within a busy operations team Support and manage payments processing workflows and vendor coordination Investigate and resolve payment-related discrepancies and issues Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and Microsoft Teams Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain accurate records and detailed process documentation Identify opportunities to improve systems and operational efficiencies About You You're a driven and detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.
