We are looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator to join a warm, friendly medium sized residential aged care faciltiy in Ringwood that puts residents and families first, every single day. The Facility Manager is highly experienced and runs the facility exceptionally well, setting the tone for a culture that is warm, collaborative and something people talk about. You'll be supported by a strong structure including a Clinical Care Manager, a fellow Clinical Care Coordinator, a dedicated nursing team and a passionate care team — you won't be doing it alone.
