Location: Port Augusta Employment Type: Full-Time Wages: Award rates (based on age and experience) A busy, local furniture store in Port Augusta is looking for a Junior Sales Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers walking through the door. This is a great local business, and the right candidate will be friendly, confident, eager to learn about furniture, and able to work well as part of a team. The Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm (3 Saturdays a month) RDO: 1 Rostered Day Off per month. Main Duties Sales & Customer Service: Greeting people and assisting customers Admin & Computer Work: Handling invoicing, pricing, and general paperwork. Moderate computer skills are required. Floor Presentation: High attention to detail with the presentation and layout of floor stock. Store Upkeep: General cleaning and keeping the shop tidy. What is Required Some retail or hospitality experience is beneficial, but not essential. Drivers license essential A confident approach and a willingness to learn.
